Privacy Policy — The Ruhl Method

Information you provide: name and email; account credentials; quiz responses (goal, experience, equipment, time, how you identify); workout activity you log (sessions, exercises, sets, reps, weights, effort); readiness check-ins (self-reported sleep, stress, soreness); habit logs (walks, hikes); messages you send us.

Collected automatically: basic technical data (device/browser type, usage needed to operate and secure the Services). We use local storage to keep you signed in and remember quiz results.

We do not collect medical records or diagnoses. Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, billing, and applicable sales tax — we never see or store your card details.

To personalize your program, operate app features (progress, progression, Foundation Score), send communications you signed up for, respond to you, improve the Services, and prevent misuse. Wellness inputs (sleep/stress/soreness) only adjust your training volume — they are general fitness guidance, never medical advice.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Only with: service providers that host and operate the Services on our behalf (bound to use data only for that purpose); legal authorities when required by law; or a successor entity if our business is merged or acquired (protections carry over; you'd be notified).

Unsubscribe from emails anytime. Access or correct your info in the app. Request a copy or deletion of your data: ruhlfitnessllc@gmail.com — honored within 30 days, for all users regardless of location.

We keep data while your account is active. On deletion request, personal data is removed within 30 days except minimal records required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.

Encrypted connections, authenticated access, and per-user database access controls. No system is 100% secure; breaches affecting you will be disclosed as required by law.

The Services are for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 — contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before taking effect.
