Refund Policy — The Ruhl Method

Ruhl Fitness LLC ("we," "us") wants you to feel confident in your purchase of a Ruhl Method subscription. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. Payments are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record; approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the paid period, and no partial refund is issued for the unused portion unless required by applicable law.

Monthly plans (Foundation, Coached) are billed in advance each month and are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. If you were charged in error, or if you cancelled but were still billed, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review the request.

Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rated basis at our discretion if requested within 14 days of the initial charge. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent future renewals.

Studio engagements are consult-based and priced individually. Refund terms are set out in the individual engagement agreement provided at the time of booking. In general, sessions already delivered are non-refundable; unused pre-paid sessions may be refunded on request subject to any minimum-commitment terms agreed up front.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory refund rights under applicable consumer protection law (for example, EU/UK cooling-off rights where they apply). Where local law grants stronger protections than this policy, those apply.

Email ruhlfitnessllc@gmail.com from the address on your account with the date of purchase, the plan name, and a brief reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are typically returned by Paddle within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can usually resolve billing issues faster than a bank dispute. Accounts subject to a chargeback may be suspended pending resolution.
